How your money is protected on the Zinn Digital® marketplace: payment held until you accept, automatic acceptance only for services and only after a reminder, and disputes decided by our team.
Your payment is held by Zinn Digital®
When you pay, the money does not go to the seller. It is recorded against the order and released only when the order is accepted.
When an order counts as accepted
When you press Accept, or automatically five days after delivery if you have not acted — and we remind you before that happens.
Revisions
Every package states how many revisions it includes. Ask for one from the order page and the acceptance clock stops until the seller redelivers.
Disputes
If the delivery is missing or is not what the listing described, raise a dispute from the order before accepting. Nothing is released while it is open, and our team decides it using the order, the delivery and the order chat.
Refunds
When our team decides a dispute in your favour, the refund is arranged by our staff and you are told how it will be returned.
Merchant of record
Zinn Digital® Ltd, a UK company, is the seller of record on every marketplace order, so your invoice and the VAT on it come from us.
