What is a guest post?
A guest post is an article written for and published on someone else's website, usually with a link back to the author's site. What it is for, what it is not, and what to check before buying one.

The short answer
A guest post is an article published on a site you do not own, credited to you or your business, normally with a link to your site. It puts your name in front of that site's readers and gives search engines a link from a relevant page.
What makes one worth buying
Relevance first: a site in your niche with real readers. Then evidence the site is trusted — measured Trust Flow and referring domains rather than a seller's claim — and a clear statement of whether the link is marked sponsored.
What to avoid
Sites that publish anything for anyone, articles that will be removed after a month, and links that break the publishing site's own rules. Search engines expect paid links to be marked as such, so ask how the listing handles that.
Host the sites you sell placements on
Publishers selling guest posts need sites that stay fast and online. Zinn Digital® hosting runs on our own servers with a CDN, DNS, TLS and daily backups included — and footprint-free hosting for networks of sites.
